Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy To ensure availability for all clients, we require advance notice for appointment changes: Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled by 7PM the day before to avoid a fee. If your appointment is on Sunday or Monday, you must cancel by 4PM on Saturday or Sunday, respectively, due to our closing hours. Late Cancellations (Same-Day Cancellations): A $20 fee will apply for same-day cancellations. This fee also applies if you reschedule the same appointment more than once (i.e., moving the same appointment two or more times). No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without canceling, a $40 fee will be charged. Unpaid fees will freeze your account, preventing you from booking or using any services until the balance is paid.
